I’m Caroline Tyler – the founder of LOVETUM

I understand what causes bloating and how much a bloated belly and IBS can affect daily life. I also know of simple diet and lifestyle changes that can make a real difference. 

As a Nutritional Therapist I’ve been helping people towards better digestive health since 2003.

Every year I see hundreds of people suffering from gut problems. Most are feeling bloated – dealing with frequent trips to the loo or hardly going at all. Some have abdominal pain and cramping. Some are windy and bagged-up.

I used to get a bloated stomach on an almost daily basis and I suffered for years with a very unpredictable tum.

But not any more. After years of research I now know what causes bloating and I’m happy to say that for me bloating and digestive problems are virtually a thing of the past. As they are for many of the people I’ve worked with. And – if you’re up for making some changes – can be for you too.

There are so many people who are experiencing bloating and digestive problems. Obviously there’s a limit to how many people I can see each day so I created LOVETUM.com to share what I know with a much wider audience.
